MP-C Transparent Material Melt Pump

The MP-C series transparent melt pumps are mainly used for the smooth pressurized conveying of medium and high viscosity media in the polymer flow layer.

The MP-C series transparent melt pumps are mainly used for the smooth pressurized conveying of medium and high viscosity media in the polymer flow layer.It is suitable for many transparent materials, such as PS, PP, PVC, PC, PMMA, or heat-sensitive material processes.


It is used in high temperature (≤350°C), high pressure (≤35MPa) and high viscosity (≤20,000Pa·s).

The trumpet mouth design of the inlet and outlet avoids the dead corner in the runner , reduces the material residue and improves the product quality.

The improved gear parameter design makes the output pressure more stable, reduces the temperature rise, and is suitable for precision extrusion.

Using special materials and wear-resistant coatings, it has high polish, good wear resistance and long life.

High-precision mechanical seals are used.

According to the customer's different site conditions, we can provide suitable installation methods, which is more flexible and practical.
