MP-D series pipeline booster pump is installed on the pipeline between the infeed and outfeed, which is used for the material to overcome the pipeline resistance and convey it smoothly.
MP-D series pipeline booster pump is mainly used for smooth pressurized transportation of high-viscosity media in the polymer flow layer. The heating method is mainly heat transfer oil heating. It can also be directly connected to the pipeline for the conveying and pressurization of materials. Generally suitable for PET, PBT, PA, PC, PS, SAN, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, POM and other processes.
It can be applied to high temperature (≤350°C), medium and high pressure (≤15MPa), high viscosity (≤20,000Pa·s);
The pressure flow has low pulsation, which can achieve near-linear output of flow and is easy to control;
The heating method is heat conduction oil heating;
The structure is precise, the precision is high, and the service life is long.
