Screen changer installation methods

The installation direction of the screen changer should be selected based on the actual application scenario. The three common installation methods are as follows:

Hydraulic cylinder upward installation

‌Advantages‌: Easy to hoist, aesthetically pleasing, and space-saving.

‌Disadvantages‌: The hydraulic cylinder seal is prone to wear, leading to oil leakage, and maintenance costs are relatively high.

Hydraulic cylinder horizontal installation

‌Advantages‌: Convenient screen changing operation, suitable for most conventional scenarios.

‌Disadvantages‌: Some spaces may restrict screen changing operations.

Cylinder downward installation

‌Advantages‌: Avoids interference with other equipment, convenient screen changing, and good concealment.

‌Disadvantages‌: May cause visibility obstruction issues.

In special cases, inclined cylinder installation can be adopted, suitable for scenarios with limited equipment layout, but with poorer aesthetic appeal. Actual installation should be selected comprehensively based on equipment space, operational convenience, and maintenance requirements.
