As a positive displacement pump, its output flow has a linear relationship with rotating speed. The metering error can be controlled within ±1%. It effectively prevents uneven glue coating and raw material waste.

The hot melt gear melt pump greatly reduces pressure fluctuation during glue delivery. Constant pressure ensures uniform coating thickness and improves finished product qualification rate.

Wide Material & Temperature Compatibility

Working temperature range: 150℃ – 250℃. Compatible with EVA, PU, PA and other common hot melt adhesives, suitable for multiple industrial production scenarios.
